“After many years in the corporate banking world, I left my job and transformed my love of yoga into a full-time passion. I received my 200 hr. Yoga Certification in 2019 from Health Yoga Life and have been teaching in the Boston area ever since. I opened the YogaSix Assembly Row in Somerville, MA with my husband in May of 2024.

I come to my mat each day with enthusiasm, humility, kindness, and presence. My classes are about creating space, physically and mentally. I want students to challenge their bodies, open their minds, and expand their hearts.

I enjoy teaching a variety of classes geared to all levels: vinyasa, power flow, Hot Power Fusion, and Restorative yoga. My classes are usually heated; I love to sweat, turn up the music, and have a little fun. We flow our bodies, breathe to movement, with lots of energy, love, and support along the way. You will leave class feeling more empowered, refreshed, and accomplished! I can’t wait to meet you on the mat.”
