Strawberry Mint Mojito

Ingredients
1 oz simple syrup (equal parts water & sugar)
4 Uncle Mike’s ‘Ozark Beauty’ strawberries (1 reserved for garnish)
5 Uncle Mike’s spearmint leaves ( 1 reserved for garnish)
1 oz lime juice
2 oz light rum
3 oz soda water

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a shaker with ice and rapidly shake (with a smile). Pour half of your drink into the glass. Drop your garnish in, and pour the rest in and top with soda water. Enjoy on a summer day.
