Mahoney’s will join the blue, pink and white excitement by participating in the annual Cape Cod Hydrangea Festival, July 14 to 18. The unique climate on Cape Cod creates the perfect environment for these spectacular plants to thrive. Join us as we not only talk hydrangeas, but present gorgeous displays of all the newest, latest and greatest hydrangea varieties, plus the classics that have thrived on Cape Cod for years! Mahoney’s will begin the celebration by holding an informational booth at the Heritage Museums and Gardens, at 67 Grove Street in Sandwich, on July 14 and 15. Here the grounds are filled with amazing displays of hydrangeas nestled among many other cape classics. Mahoney’s will have hydrangea experts on hand to answer all of your questions and show you the newest introductions.

In addition, we will host our own in-store celebration with a water bottle giveaway to the first 1,200 customers, and free seminars complete with pink lemonade and desserts, from Wednesday, July 15 through Saturday, July 18 at our East Falmouth location. Learn tips from the pros on how to create show-stopping hydrangeas, including how to change their color from pink to blue or from blue to pink, how and when to prune, and much more. Plus, join us for additional seminars, all free to the public, focusing on Cape Cod gardening, including natural beauties, roses, and Cape Cod natives.
