Join us for a slow flow yoga class among the beautiful backdrop of our summer perennials. This class will provide relaxing counter poses to the demands of outdoor gardening, as well as movements to energize and sustain gardeners throughout the season. Tune into nature as you breathe, stretch, strengthen, and reflect. Bring your mat, a towel, and water.
Kristin has first-hand experience with the many benefits of yoga. Her personal yoga practice as a working mother of three informs her style as an instructor. Recognizing the role yoga played in strengthening her body, relieving pain, and fine-tuning skills to move through labor with confidence sparked a desire to share yoga with others.
Through a slow flow style class, Kristin encourages students to tap into their own needs, while offering insights into breath and alignment that can support their practice. Kristin believes yoga is a rich resource for providing the mental, physical, and spiritual toolkit to navigate the ebbs and flows of daily life.
In 2023, Kristin completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training under the guidance of Kim Valeri Povey of Yogaspirit®. In early 2024, Kristin completed her 85 hour pre/postnatal teacher training with instruction by Bec Conant of Om Births.
