Delivery Service Agreement Checkout Error
We’ve implemented a new Delivery Service agreement at checkout that requires you to check a box stating you agree with our delivery service terms.
For some customers the checkbox field is not showing but the requirement is preventing you from completing your checkout. And you may see the following error appear at the top of the page:
This could be an issue with your browser holding onto an older version of the website and a way to fix that is to clear your browser cache.
Below are links to instructions on how to do this for the most commonly used browsers. Each browser allows you to choose what you are clearing and for this fix, only the cached images and files are necessary.
