Can I Cancel/Edit My Order?
We’re working to get your plants to you as quickly as possible but if you need to you can cancel your order up to 2 hours after checking out. If you are within this timeframe please email Customer Service with your order number and cancellation request.
At this time, we cannot edit orders already placed. If you need to change anything about your original order please cancel it and place a new order. If you are looking to add more plants, we recommend you place a new order for those additional items.
