Missing E-Gift Card

If you purchased an e-gift card through our online shop and didn’t receive an order confirmation:

  • First check your spam folder to see if the confirmation email landed there instead of your inbox
  • If you still can’t find it, you can reach out to us through email or phone 781-678-4143.
    • You must provide either the order number or the email address you used to purchase the gift card in order for us to find it in our system.
    • Once we find the order we can provide you with a receipt and confirm that the gift card was sent to the recipient.

If the recipient didn’t receive the e-gift card:

  • First have them check their spam folder to see if the email landed there instead of the inbox.
  • If they still can’t find it, you can reach out to us through email or phone 781-678-4143.
    • You must provide either the order number or the email address used to purchase the gift card in order for us to find it in our system.
    • Once we find the order, we can check that the email address for the recipient is correct and resend the email to them.
    • There are times that the email won’t get through to them due to firewalls set up on their email client (especially if it’s not a personal email address). We can also provide you with a link to the gift card to send them yourself.
