Whether you’re refreshing a foundation bed, redesigning a patio area, or creating a natural privacy hedge, our Landscape Design Program is ideal for homeowners who enjoy a hands-on approach but want expert guidance to bring their vision to life.
Exclusively offered at Mahoney’s in Winchester, this personalized experience begins with a 90-minute one-on-one appointment with our in-house designer. During your consultation, you’ll discuss your goals, site conditions, sun exposure, soil type, and maintenance preferences. Our designer will create a rough sketch tailored to your space and style, helping you visualize layout, plant placement, and overall flow.
After your design session, you’ll take a guided walk through our nursery to explore recommended plants in person. This allows you to see sizes, textures, colors, and seasonal interest firsthand — and ask questions along the way. You’ll also receive a detailed plant cost estimate so you can plan your project with confidence.
The program cost is $250 and includes your consultation, custom sketch, plant cost estimate, guided nursery tour, and a $100 credit toward landscape plant purchases of $1,000 or more.
