What are the different types of Fruit Trees?
Mahoney’s carries a wide variety of both indoor and outdoor fruit trees and bushes. Our Indoor varieties are available during the colder months, while our outdoor varieties are available from Early Spring to Early Fall.
Our indoor citrus, fig, guava, and olive trees can be moved outside once it’s warm but should stay potted so that you can bring them back in during the winter months. They are available in a number of sizes from young 1 gallon pots to mature 30 gallon pots. Majority of our citrus varieties will fruit once the tree is 3-5 years old and can live for 50 years if taken care of. Basically the more mature the citrus tree is the faster it will produce fruit after you bring it home.
